Joseph Park

President and Majority Shareholder – Mr. Park, a native of Seoul Korea, graduated Wright College with a BS degree in Engineering. Additionally, he has accumulated over 28 years of direct industry experience. He served in the United States Army for three years and completed his obligation with an Honorable Discharge. In May 1997, Mr. Park founded “Chosen” and began Commercial Cleaning operations in Atlanta, Georgia. Today, Chosen maintains approximately 14 million square feet of both Commercial and Corporate Industrial locations throughout the Metropolitan area.

Gid Parrish

Vice President and Minority Shareholder – Mr. Parrish is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He currently has over 30 years of direct, industry experience. Mr. Parrish served two years in the United States Army completing one tour in South Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1971. Mr. Parrish is married with four children and five grand children. He is a member of BOMA Atlanta, IFMA Atlanta and is a Certified Green Clean Executive.

Sonny Choe

CFO – Mr. Choe is a native of Seoul Korea. Having graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, he has held several positions with the Chosen organization to include Field Supervision, Project Management, Branch Management and most recently, CFO.

Renee Bonnell

General Manager – Ms. Bonnell is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, attended Georgia Southern University where she received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science. Her portfolio totals approximately eight million square feet. Renee is an active member in BOMA Atlanta and IFMA Atlanta. Additionally, she recently received her Green Clean Certification.

Gloria Guarin

Area Manager – Ms. Guarin is a native of Colombia, South America, attended Bergen Community College in New Jersey. Has over 11 years of direct industry experience. Today Gloria manages approximately two million square feet. Additionally she recently received her Green Clean Certification.

James Brown

Operations Manager – Mr. Brown is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He has accumulated over 25 years of direct industry experience. Today James has a portfolio of over two million square feet. Mr. Brown is married with one daughter and one granddaughter. Additionally he recently received his Green Clean Certification.

Luz Hernandez

Administrative Assistant – Miss Hernandez is a native of Mexico. Currently she is attending Georgia Perimeter College where she is pursuing an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is the newest member of Chosen Enterprises.
